★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One can get genuine stuff here but pricing is bit on higher side.owners and staff is friendly . from fans to lights to electrical fittings one can get all things of electrical needs here .it's quite close to Batra.closed on mondays.they provide electrician too for home visits.

JUST FORGET ABOUT IT!!
You call them first time in the beginning they pick it up pretty swiftly. Afterwards, when you gonna ask them for the any kind of electrical fixing work or any kind of installation (if you got the appliance) to kinds of assurance they gonna give you.
1) They will tell you to send the electrician to you in some amount of time and then all you want to is just to wait. Hours and Hours of delay, proving themselves how unprofessional and careless they are towards they are towards their work. Sign of extremely poor and horrible customer service.
2) This one will be even worse. The helper gonna pick up your call (Most of the time). If you have already bought a product and asking for the installation, Haha! Never do the mistake to inform this on phone call. The helper will agree to send the electrician but then from background the owner of the shop will denied and make an excuse contradicting to what helper said before that they have electrician available and ask your address. Neverthless, the owner will say to helper to procrastinate it or just simply deny for the service.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE EITHER here because something which is being sold for Rs 50/- in mainstream market, they sell it for double the price too.
Used to be a really reliable and service-prompt shop but sadly not anymore.
