I have purchased Realme Bluetooth Ear Buds RAM1 ( 356793113095699 on dated 02-04-2021.
One of the buds is not working, Battery exhausted soon after charging. Buds color has also been changed within two months, Rubber of Ear Buds is also damaged. So i went to Avionic Solutions to change the buds , But they said its physical damaged but its not damaged.
Kindly take the issue seriously, and changed the Buds. otherwise will share this post on Instagram or Facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is usually overcrowded as I visited during COVID times so no social distancing was being followed, few people who were concerned about their own safety were patiently waiting outside.
You have to take token once you are at the service center.
Reaching early in the morning is recommended as the crowd increases gradually with passing of every hour. I arrived at 1 pm and my wait time was exact 1 hrs and 30 mins.
The staff was friendly, but they can be more polite although handling over 100 customers in a single day is quite rough and being polite is too much to ask for.
My phone was repaired within another hour once deposited, and the finishing was good as my phone got a new display so it was looking as good as new.
You need not to carry bill or box unless and untill you want a replacement of your phone or you are going for ear-buds replacement
Since Realme has only 3 service centers in Delhi so crowd is natural but there should be some measures to maintain social distancing during such hard times.
Waiting time was another con.

Only 80 customers handled in a day.
Tokens provided and you are asked to wait outside in the heat.
About 10 tokens move in an hour.
By afternoon waiting time increases to about 2 hours. I came at 12.30 pm. It is 2.56 pm on Saturday and I am still awaiting my turn.
Poor policy by realme to have just 2 centers for the whole of Delhi.
Also poor policy to have your customers wait in the Delhi Heat.
No fans, water, toilets or seating arrangement. You need to sit on the floor of Kings mall and wait and that too in these corona times.
The company can definitely do better.
