★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfortunate. The service of Kent is too bad. On 28th and 29th may I reported DKPL for beeping and less amount of water from discharge /drain, on 30th may the person only clean the inlet pipe & said kent is ok then took service charge . Again after 10 days, Kent start beeping & when contacted the person told again you have to pay service charge of Rs 400/= and tell for AMC.

The service of DKPL is pathetic. there is no clarify on the terms and conditions of AMC. there is no transparency. The engineers and the customer care\service executives are not clear on the communication . It is really really a bad experience with DKPL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most disgusting service people can have from such kind of service center. at least I haven't seen another one like this.. they send illleterate engineer to make more problem in a system. .rude behaviors. .not supportive. .avoid such kind of service center for any kind of amc..most of everything they are irresponsible center..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Center..I brought my Kent @2018. After 1 year of free warrenty ,I purchased my AMC under DKPL. Worst experience with them.
1) Unskilled Technician
2) Rude Behaviour
3) Poor quality materials
If you dnt buy AMC,your priority will be less considered at the time of service booking. Even I
Forced to change my cartridge and membren frequently due to their poor maintanence.
After getting frustrated,I buy a new Aquaguard yesterday and dumped the Kent purifier.
In last one year, I paid DKPL 6500/- as AMC and 6500/& for cartridge and membren as extra..
The owner also very rude and non cooperative person..
Please dnt go with them for AMC
