Robbery has happenned on 29th Nov in an under construction villa on a plot very close to the gate. Is this the type of Gated Security DLF is going to offer in a 4cr builder floor

I am bullish on DLF Alameda in sector 73 - since it is set in a very pristine, spacious and green landscape and gives the feeling of tranquil relaxed living. The plot sizes are big (500 sq yds and above) and the floors being built will have the signature of well furnished luxurious living. The location is supreme since within 18 odd months time - it will be flanked by cloverleaf connected Dwarka expressway & NH-8 on the right and the elevated Sohna expressway on the left. We hear that there is a possibility of developing a new Cyber City in the neighborhood sector 74A and we already have DLF Corporate Greens and AMEX new campus (in progress). Within 1 km radius in the front facade of SPR we have 3-4 premium malls coming up - M3M Cornerwalk, M3M Prive, M3M Broadway and Whiteland Urban cubes 71....... This place will blossom into a happy luxurious living society in 2 years time.

Best developed project by DLF builder in gurgaon. If we are looking for a plot in gated society then DLF Alameda is the Best One

They don’t have proper electricity supply… they r charging u so high bcz of the name only as such they don’t have anything … it’s better u buy or stay somewhere else.. They r just enticing people by showing picture but the reality is completely different..very poor network here …??

There has been a spate of robberies happening in this so called A rated gated plots and builder floors by DLF. They charge a bomb in Common Area Maintenance but their staff were touted as suspects in robberies. Vey unsafe area, not totally lit by light in evenings. Highly dangerous area in close proximity to village Begumpur Khatola. Hot bed of night time illicit activities at night. Plots being transacted at 1.5 lacs + sq yard seems to indicate a project that is all hoof and no substance
