★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are on moti nagar road near swatantra Bharat mills compound near jakhira and are newely built without any local markets nearby.however in future this can be a good place. On the back of dlf apparments is running nazafgarh drain(ganda nala) which creat bad smell in this dlf colony. This colony is very close to delhi's oldest industrial areas like jakhira,Anand Parvati,and nazafgarh Ind. Area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is beautiful to look at on the outside but construction quality is below average. JLL staff is below average. Condominium society welfare association is basically begging for money on every small events like moving in or moving out (3000 Rs/- [just an example]) without providing any explanation for charge or without giving any service. Its all village nearby so you can hear band practice all the times. There is a drain just behind this society which fills it with pervasive and stifling air containing carbon and sulphur which does a lot of damage from your ACs to your lungs. The only reason for my stay here is safety. i would rate it 5 star. but rest everything is just BELOW AVERAGE.
