★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i actually wanna give this society a 3.5 star rating. its a great society with great people but some utilities dont work. The swimming pool has no water and the walls are a little damaged and it has been this way for several years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silvers Oaks is one of the best societies that I have lived in. Being one of the earliest societies constructed, it has really spacious rooms in most of the configurations especially in towers 102 and 103. I have not seen such open spaces with green cover in any of the societies that I have seen in Gurugram. Also the maintenance charges per month are quite reasonable.
It could have been perfect if we had elevators going to the basement parking, owners were not allowed modifications in the facade and the swimming pool was operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest residential society in Gurgaon developed by DLF. It's architectural design was brought from United Kingdom in those days. Lots of greenery all around. Have many trees of Silver Oak inside the society. Very good location. The very unique feature of multistoreyed buildings of this society is that they have ramp also, besides the stairs and lifts. It makes all floors of the buildings very airy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location. The apartment in itself is very old. The major problem with this complex is the bureaucratic nature of the secretary and the body. They always create new rules and try to get money in some or the other way from the residents. I don't have any stuff and I am being charged move-out charges whereas my roommate wasn't charged any. They don't understand the basics and try to make money as more people are leaving this complex.
