★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residential community property is ver good planned low rise flats by Dlf, Surrounded by hills, pollution free environment, broad roads, club house, gym, yoga training and happening place to live in the lap of hills. The architecture of the township is top class. The club house is fantastic with many activities. The material used to construct the houses is not as per marks. Prices of flats are high. Mainly occupied by retired gazetted person in Haryana govt. Or business man. Main prob you face is tool plaza when ever you want to come to panchkula or Chandigarh you have to pay toll fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a heaven few months back but now I think I made a mistake buying flat here. There are lot of stray dogs who sleeps in day and bark whole night. They don't let you sleep. And residents committee is nothing but a joke here.They Don't do anything about it. Search another location. This is not the best place now. Shame on you society management.
My parents who are above 60 are not able to sleep for God sake. They need peace so i bought flat here.
A humble request to society members who are feeding the dogs and want them to stay around because they are "dog lovers" but if you are a dog lover then just adopt them legally get them vaccinated and keep them inside your house not on the street where elderly and children are there and can bite them anytime.
So if you are planning to buy flat here don't buy it. And if you have already bought I am sorry for you get some good quality cotton for your ears. Good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. In the lap of hills. The architecture of the township is top class. The club house is fantastic with many activities. Market is also close to the area in amravati enclave. But is too far away from city takes 20 minutes drive and also have to cross toal tax. The material used to construct the houses is not very great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The housing project is well designed, good construction quality, awesome view and excellent development plan. The scenic beauty of surrounding area is very nice. The society is having all amenities and occupants are mostly retired/ serving class 1 government officers. The only catch is toll plaza right before the society.
