staff are illiterate and rude their behavior is totally unpleasant
They attend the call and before completion of it they end up it
Initially I have trust or your company but now your team is not good, they argue and miss behave
And as per their commitment it is more than working 24 hours.

Tried to call them for not working Internet, they blocked my all numbers.
Not willing to resolve issue and not a single gram of sense how to talk to any customers.
Very Very Rude behavior & i wish there is minus rating system, i would give them -10000000 stars.
Disappointed Never go for this fraudster companies like DL GTPL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of poorest service provide in the area. Not responding well. We had taken a plan of 2 year with advance payment still not providing internet. Everyday I had to complaint to surat office but they are supportive. Careless and fooling customers with long term plan.
Not a good service provider. I think they are not ISP 'cause they don't provide internet. What they provide is no internet access ?.
