★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with their services..had gone to their godown had picked up some glass birds,wanted some more to which they said will sent it through courier so I paid the amount in advance..on not receiving the item ,I gave them a call and they said we don't have the said item available now they are not even replying to my msgs and have not even returned my money ... overall poor customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Failed on commitment of time, no responsibility, charged us Rs 5000 for sampling to receive a cheap quality broken lamp. On asking said Rs 2500, is the cost of a dye for brass plate. I asked him to give the dye, he refuses to do so. He is reading all the what’s app messages, but is not replying back!

As soon as I placed my order they created a group with me to ensure proper communication.they kept sharing my goods status including packing with pictured. Packaging was also very very good,not a single breakage.Finally the goods and quality is part excellence.Will buy more from them.This is an unbiased opinion.
