★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I realise the benefits of immense savings because of the deals I get on their website, I find the experience at their pick up points very frustrating - there are queues that seem to be only getting longer. I suspect that lot of small retailers are using their website to buy in bulk and resell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Store for Groceries, household items, cloths, gifts, luggage, small electronics and electrical goods. Presently they have limited branches in Mumbai and other selected cities only. But they are in expanding slowly.
The best part is that they try to offer the best discounts for most of the items with guarantee in quality. Never advertise unnecessarily, so overheads are not loaded to consumers. However, online order prices are observed to be slightly higher (may be too offset the cost for logistics and infra).
Since last 2-3 yrs DMart started delivery to many parts of the city and in some areas where they don't deliver has opened up local collection centre. This idea is very successful.
I with they open more stores in central and eastern Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good initiative indeed by d mart. D mart is a chain loved by everyone for their daily needs. The only problem is the bulk of orders. It's always crowded and the staff is not well equipped. Shortage of staff as well as small place to accommodate the customers. Many a time, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. All seems good but the service time is a concern.
