β β β β β If you want to develope Stamina and create energy in your self, you should join DNA. Good Trainer, Good atmosphere. Varun Sir's Zumba is the best. The Energy and the variation in zumba steps and exercise is really Kaabil-e-Tarif?. I am learning dance from Ganesh Sir his choreography is superb. Teaching style is also good. ?All other staff members are also good. All over the good experience. One who gets bored with routine exercise must join DNA as here one will get so many variations in exercise with an entertainment. Go for DNA if you really love Dance, Zumba and variation in the exercise.
