Dearest Sir,
First of all opinion matters not the profile name. Even if I have written my profile name as gaurav (check my name in attached billing slip other wise u will again say I am fake..) , it wudnt have mattered, what matters is what I paid and what I got.
So my dearest sir this happened..I booked a test on Saturday, Sample was taken on Sunday, I was told that I will be getting report early Monday, I called around 12 o clock and asked about report , I got responce on phone that I will be getting at 4 in evening. In the evening at 4 when I called no one picked the call. I again called at 5 'O clock and one lady picked call and said your sample has got homogenised and I need to give sample again. When I asked I dont want that I want my refund, she SAID VERY RUDELY TALK TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM U BOOKED THE TEST.
NOW U TELL ME IF SOME ONE IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND BOOKS TEST FROM YOU AND GETS RESPONCE LIKE THIS WONT THERE BE CHANCES OF MISHAPPENING WITH HIM.
FYI: I am posting bill slip for ur refrence so that u dont call it fake review again. And I would request all googlers to consider fake reviews of those who have given him 5 stars.

I wish I could give u less than one star,Untrust worthy , I doubted ur lab but because of less price I fell for DNA xperts. And u proved cheap price brings cheap work too.
One suggestion , please name ur organisation as DNA Chu**as Pvt Ltd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ didnt knew of this lab, got to know from one of my friends and they patiently heard d problem and infomed about the test and cost. Got HLAB-27 test done at dna xxperts and happy that the test has been done by right people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Employer.. The company director is very rapacious. He wants 200% work from his staff without spending money. The company is not following any rules and regulations stated by GOI. They always look to cut staff salary and never gives you a salary on time (No salary day). If raise your voice about employee right, they will try to crush you.....Very worst employer....
Better to be unemployed than the employee of this company....
The company does not have to follow any QC, guidelines, S.O.P., etc. Even they had violated the COVID-19 guideline on regular basis. If you ask to provide even an N-95 mask (Lab before COVID-19 lab), they will never provide you. So, you may imagine how you will get the PPE kit from the company. But you have to work on various types of clinical samples.
I asked/reminded many times to follow the COVID-19 guideline since the day of my joining. As a result, some of the lab staff get infected with COVID-19. When I asked to work only after providing the basic preventive measures (N-95 & lab apron). They imposed several allegations on me and terminated my service (see reply from Mr Ashwani).
After that, some of his lab staff raised voice to follow the COVID-19 guidelines and get terminated from the company.
Most importantly, You never get a full salary after you leave or terminated by the company.
Mr. Ashwani, who is the director of the company, neither pick your call nor replied, if you ask about your salary/ F.n.F. He will always talk like a politician and never ever stay in his own words (JumleBaaz).
In conclusion, you will get only "TENSION" as a reward of your 200% hard work from your end.
