DNF Ceramics has been a huge disappointment and worst ever shopping experience for us. The reviews can be misleading and deceptive at times and that's what happened with us. We ordered Ceramic Pots of over 8000 (min. quantity for shipping) from DNF upon reading the reviews and then began a harrowing and unpleasant experience for us. They ask you to pay half the order amount after ordering and remaining amount once the invoice is generated and before dispatch. We followed the procedure and paid them the entire amount but little did we know that we were in for a huge shock. 1. When the pots arrived the logistics van (delivery guy) asked us to pay the shipping charges upfront (which was quite a lot). We were not told about these charges by DNF, moreover nothing was mentioned about shipping charges in the invoice nor was it mentioned during our entire conversation with the owner. They simply refused to unload before we pay the charges, so did the DNF upon contacting them. Additionally, upon contacting, these people from DNF were rude and absolutely arrogant. - Why min. order of 8000 when you loot people by charging shipping??? Further, the logistics guy who came in the van told us that "they (DNF) have charged you quite a lot both for packing and shipping. You could have saved half the money by getting them packed and shipped directly". Well all I'm trying to convey is that you will feel cheated after ordering from DNF in every possible way. 2. About 5 to 6 pieces were received broken from the lot we ordered. This is when they take packing charges and over and above unethically charged shipping amount. 3. The pieces that we ordered and the pieces that we received, were far from same for at least half the pots received. They sent at least half of our order as per their whims and fancies - then why create a pathetic app and ask people to choose and order!!! The pots received were different in colours, design, size etc. compared to what we ordered. 4. The quality is absolutely trash. We ordered from DNF hoping for good quality but trust me it is far better to buy from a local or a roadside ceramic pot vendor both for better quality and price. Price initially seems low, but after they add GST,  packing charges and shipping charge the price shoots up to the stars! 5. We did not receive our complete order. At least 10 to 15 pots were less compared to what we ordered and paid for. This is just daylight theft. 6. Last but not the least, there is no redressal system or customer care. They stop picking your calls or responding to you. BEWARE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Never again DNF. It has been an absolute displeasure shopping with you.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Amazing customer service,excellent quality pots,good variety. Really happy with the products delivered. Thanks all your efforts and delivering product safely.
