He told flat owner that he will get possession on or before dec 2016 but on agreement he mentioned march 2018. and property is still under construction.
Fraud builder.
I was shocked to see the property after 2 years coming from US.
Thanks god I booked in other property and not in DNV Arcelia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad quality builder. Dont buy any flat with any site of DNV builder. If want to see proof feel free to visit Elite homes, basement parking. Leakages everywhere. Many owner reported leakages in bedrooms and bathrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Builder,Once bought flats no one is listening our issues ,Owner has not taking any resposbility. We have tried cobtact so many time but no response,Dnt know how pcmc given approval to stay inflats of DNV seems that some fishy under the table. Behaviour of all employees are not good. Treated as dog to all flat owners . Please contact for more information. Will provide all proof.

Cheated buyers on every front right from possession date to amenities to quality of work to giving fraud commitments to giving everything one can think...! One thing which is disgusting is that he can change the plan by his own without discussing with the owners. Not a single positive point with this builder. I wasted my money when I booked in its property. It delayed possession by 18 + months as per his commitments and still 12 months after the possession, property is still not fully developed. Hell lot of things pending and whatever has been done so far is with substandard quality.
