★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst place to live in. Don't be fooled by the green expanse and the river view in the front of your balconies. The sewage water treatment plant in front of the building smells so foul that it will make your nose curl. Another issue is with water. All other societies in the vicinity aren't facing any problem but this apartment is not getting proper water supply for the past 3 months. Only 1 lift is operational most of the times. All in all even if you are getting a flat on low rent. STAY AWAY! This place is a health hazard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy the sea view in front of the building while having a cup of tea from balcony. Daily essential things can be found easily and having a bus stop in five minutes makes my travel easy. Kudos.
