★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very skeptical in changing doctors. But after I met Dr. Prasad, he diagnosed my problem in seconds and explained every thing in detail. Very friendly, and even though he had so many patients for the day, he was so calm and didn't get annoyed with all the questions. 5 star for his knowledge, his care and his diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor, poor managed clinic because of Unprofessional receptionist. There's a lady receptionist at the clinic, she does not maintain appointment numbers and sends anyone inside without looking in register. Once I was suffering from heavy fever, booked prior appointment before visiting, same lady told me that mine is 7th number, doctor will see me at 8PM, on reaching there she kept sending other patient inside, me being in heavy fever stayed there for 1 hour and finally got to see the doctor. Doctor is a good and does good checkup by asking for multiple possible symptoms. Nice physician in vicinity but the clinic needs to be better managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First point of contact for any medication, he listens our problem first and then suggest proper medicine and treatment accordingly. He gives three days medicine first and suggest to meet if any issue, I remember i never call/ visited in fourth days feels better not need to revisit for same issue. He is very good and now my family doctor for any health issues problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docter kelhe is very nice human being..Very intelligent Doctor, ..but receptionist staff not all good very rude ..she is ill mannered she doesn't know how to speak with the patients ...Docter is working hard for his patients
But his staff loosing all respect what he has earned with all hard work...
Suggestions please find better staff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit in a fortnight and gosh, the receptionist staff behave as if they own the clinic. Rude behavior to the highest cadre.
I had lodged my dissatisfaction to Doctor personally the last time I had visited. But, there has been no improvements. I guess his hands are tied to accept and work along with whatever quality of staff he gets.
Well, I guess, the saying is appropriate “when you pay peanuts, you get M…….”.
I just returned back because Dr Kele is a nice person. Given an option I would definitely look for another consultation doctor.
