Dog & Cat Clinic - Delhi

This clinic is nothing but a money making machine. The doctor is careless and irresponsible. He didn't diagnose my dog's disease till atleast 2-3 visits and charged us high amounts of fee each time. The doctor usually never checks on the dogs himself and the compounders in the clinic are the ones who do it. The clinic doesn't care about the animals and all they want is to make huge amounts of money from the misery of people like us.

I went to your clinic at Defence Enclave at 1930 hrs on 07 Jun 18 and had a most unprofessional experience with Dr Preeti. I took my dog for a normal check up as he was scratching his ears. The attendant saw it and said it was ear wax and there is no infection. The doctor was free and kept chatting with another girl but did not touch the dog for even one sec. She then got two injections and put it and gave a bill for Rs 590. When I asked can you give a perscription for your diagnosis she reluctantly gave it. Having seeing the professionalism of Dr Sood and his reputation of hosting talk shows etc I was dissapointed today with the way things are run when he is not there. I do hope you look into things. Thank You

The lady over the call does not even know how to talk to customers. Just a mkney making shop no professionalism. If you want your PETS to survive, don't visit this place. If your PETS are not well/sick, these guys will make sure they burn a hole in your pocket before declaring your pet to be dead.

!!! Please read this before going to this clinic!!!! .... I have had the worst experience at this clinic... My 3 year old female dog died just because of this dr. ... She was suffering from dengue and a lot of infectious water was filled in her chest and stomach.. First we had an ultrasound of her stomach and chest At another clinic which was a little far from here since dr. Sood's clinic doesn't have machine of ultrasound.. After ultrasound we went to dr. Sood's clinic Because we thought he is a nice dr. And he is also near from where we live... We really had a lot of expectations from dr. Sood but when we went to his clinic ... First he didn't even checked my dog properly his other workers do all the work for him he doesn't even talk to us properly ...all dr. Sood do is to take money and that is also the only thing he cares for. After taking the blood sample when the reports came he gave us some medicine and said that she will be fine. She can be treated by medicines only.. But after a week we still didn't saw any improvement and again took her to the dr. ...... After just looking at her big stomach ( and not even touching her or examine her) he said that he have to puncture her stomach. Next day he punctured her stomach .. After his this little operation she only survived for one day on the second day she died... Even before her death we took her to his clinic because we had some hopes and on that time also all he did was to give her 2 injection and made money from it... We asked him to suggest any other hospital since she was suffering a lot and dr. Sood was actually not doing anything... After asking a lot he told us about a hospital which was preety far but when we were taking her to that hospital she died in my own arms.... We are still to shocked and can't believe that she is not anymore as we actually trusted dr. Sood and thought that she will be fine but she is gone now... Only i know how much depressed i am right now... I wish dr. Sood could've seen her as an living being except for seeing her only as a toy. Please i request you not to got to this clinic if your dog has a big disease like mine... Dr. Sood only can handle small things like fever , normal daily vaccinations or a little scratch on your pet...

My dog has fever which never gets okay. Per visit costs minimum Rs 1000/-. A pet which is your family member you sometimes overlook the price but atleast after spending that much you expect the results. This has happened 3rd time. Business and moral duty to animals kabhi mix nai karni chahiye.

Best Clinic in entire Delhi. Dr. Sood is the most humane and genuine veterinarian for the fur babies. Have known him for over 16 years not changed a bit since then.

Earlier they used to be more cautious, my 2 months old puppy had parvo after visiting there for the first time , somehow after a huge hole in my pocket done by them he was able to survive and then due to their non professional behavior and unhygienic atmosphere, he caught by the distemper and after their no help at the hour of emergency had to go to max vets and they also fetch money only and unfortunately I lost him. Doctors were used to be treated as God but now a days they are busy making money. I'm sure that my pet got infected with parvo and then distemper only at this clinic because of unhygienic surrounding and unprofessional behavior. I don't suggest anybody who love his pet to visit there.
