★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to take your dog for swimming. Perhaps one among very few (I can not find another) such facility for dogs. Owner is very helpful and provide useful guidance. Need prior booking. 30 mins slots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dropped my beloved golden retriever in the month of may,2021 for about 3 weeks. The way he was treated was horrible, pathetic, i just cannot express in words. He didnt have problem with ticks or fleas before. But once I brought him back, his body was covered with ticks. I had tears when I saw him in such a condition. My boy is like my life, i always treated him like a baby. We could see tangles near his mouth, looks like badly they have punched him. My guess they must have tried him to put inside a cage, which he was not comfortable with. since he has been treated always like a king. Surprisingly when I had visited to drop him, they showed an open place which was supposed to be his home for couple of weeks. this was utter shock for me. On top of everything, he had reduced weight drastically when i brought him back home, he became very aggressive. He used to be very friendly, now cranky all the time.
Also, initially they agreed for daily video call and sharing videos. After multiple follow ups almost on daily basis, they shared a video of just 8 seconds.
If I could give a lower rating than 1 then definitely i would. The owner has biggest attitude problem, i have never met a person before that in my life. please dont go by the pictures posted on their site. Its all fake. in reality, place is very dirty, taken care by bunch of careless folks.
If you love your dogs, this suffering is not worth, on top of the cost. please dont drop your babies here .
I would never recommend this place to make your pet suffer needlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is highly recommended for animals as because it is fully inside a natural habitat. The owner Mr. Partha Pratim Chattopadhyay is an eminent animal lover and he love to do the needful for all animals visiting and staying with him there .
He takes ultimate care to each and every animals and take that much of care to exercise and perform swimming for the same.
His staff's are very courteous and ready to help at every point.
You can drive your car inside as they have ample space to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Oggy (5 months old Labrador) had a great stay here and learnt so many good habits from other dogs over here. He also appeared more happier when we came to take him back. Would visit this place again! The place has a great ambience for dogs

Show quality . I just love him so much , such playful fun loving cute healthy puppy ? .
All I can say is if you are looking for great companion for home and also you are a beginner for pet go to this place because the owner will guide you even after business .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my babies at their Creche for 4 days, when I dropped them my shihtzu had some knots and my golden retriever didn’t have a single knot and they both were tick free, when I dropped them there I wanted to see the kennel but I wasn’t allowed, then later when I video called them I could see the condition of the kennel, it doesn’t have proper space, flooring and etc...that is the reason they do not even have any photo of the kennel uploaded!
when I picked them up the owner wasn’t there so I came back home and checked my babies, my shihtzu was looking all crazy like I picked him up from street and my retriever had tangles on his chest area and behind his ears and both of them where smelling like cigarettes...after seeing that I immediately called up the owner and spoke to him about this and he after talking for a good time claimed to me that I had planned everything up to drop their reputation...and then with a very bad attitude the owner said “send me your bank details I’ll send you back the money” I was charged 4000 for 4 days and also i provided them with the dog food...after that I sent my bank details to the owner and there were no reply for 2 days and also he didn’t answer any of my calls, after 2 days I pinged him on Wtsapp, asking will you send me back the money cause I don’t want to pay 4K for such a horrible experience..again the owner started to accuse me for that I have planned everything up!!!
My babies had a show to attend yesterday (14th feb) for this horrible treatment they couldn’t go...thank you so much!!!
The owner has a very horrible behaviour and attitude problem, if you want your babies to get traumatised then do drop them here or else I’ll suggest you to ignore this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog Crèche with Swimming Pool and an upcoming spa centre....all things at one place. Only swimming pool can be availed but you have to call them before going (Book a slot). Drying facilities also available.
