Its located on NH24 highway which is planned to be a super super highway with multilayer layer wide roads. Very close to NOIDA, an industrial town. Inside its managed OK.

One of the place where liquor shop is present near national Highway inspite of govt ban. Dust, open dumping grounds, poor lighted areas during nightime, bad quality road and unruly nh24 traffic mar the good things about this apartment.

Premises is provided with security staff at main entrance and exit and also at each tower. One community hall for any social gathering. Enough greenery in the surrounding area within the premises.
