Materials used are of high standard such as fireproof wiring, jaguar fitting in bathrooms, granite flooring for common space, etc and amenities like CCTV, no common walls between flats, number of fire extinguishers in each floor, soundless genset, 24hrs security guards, party hall, 24hrs cauvery water in kitchen, etc makes this apartment a solid choice to reside. Being withing walking distance to JP Park (Best park in Bangalore) and state level swimming pool, it definitely can be considered as the best complex in northern Bangalore.
