★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible place and extremely rude staff. Was attended by Barkha at the Mumbai store and she was arrogant and had no etiquette. Will never shop at this store again. Barkha is ruining the goodwill that Dolly J has earned over the years, and although the outfits are amazing she has ruined my experience and hence will never shop at this store again. I’m sure you’ve lost a lot of customers because of her. Visit the Delhi store if need be, but don’t even make the mistake of shopping at the Mumbai store due to very arrogant and rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know when they say Fashion is a collection of pieces that you put together in a outfit that just makes you feel Good and Confident, dolly j is the one which comes to my mind. Im just inlove with their collection. everytime i go i end up liking something and i got my sangeet outfit from them couldn’t have been satisfied anywhere else. And even their staff are so amazing always have smiles on their faces. Thankyou so much Barkha i will never forget you.❤️

Their concern was that head office is watching over CCTV and do not allow it... C'mon get real and get educated with Humane Behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their service. My dress was custom made based on a sample. It looks completely different and the measurements are all off. They are reluctant to make changes or give a refund. I expect that when spending a bomb on a dress and buying from such big designer I should get appropriate service. Never had such a bad experience with any other designer. I feel ripped off.
