β β β β β Hello brother.., this machine company service is very poor and that's behaviour is very bad even there don't receive our calls , in this business machine is important but more important that maintenance..... So please search a better company which was not give just machine but after sell a machine give you a best service....

β β β β β Very Very bad service, please donot trust this company, We bought a softy machine recently, very first day an error came, while calling they are not responding to calls & not even reply to messages, Upto sale they follow-up us regularly, once sale done they wash their hands. even single star rating is more enough to them.

After buying this machin in past 2 years, I made 2 lakh rupees, machine cost: 1.5 lakh and repairing cost 1 lakh...
So in 2 years I made huge loss with this machine...
After buying , they won't pick calls at all incase of any issues.. worst service.. worst staff..
No manners in staff..
Pls don't get fooled by this company.
Don't want to give even one star....

β β β β β This company is fooling people, this company lack common sense even, they send machines without proper packaging results in transit damages in transport.
Moreover they are not providing parts or timely services and machine produces very soft ice cream that even fails to erect on cone sometimes.
Also their machines fails to run on even 7 kv generator.
