No proper response from regional head.
Regional head switch off his phone when we call him for discussion.
Domino Engineer are not able to repair and start their own machine.
From last 3 month we are in trouble because of Domino.
I am from Surat, Gujarat. I have Domino machine for my soft drinks line.
I have paid money for consumables, sensor and cable, preventive maintenance etc whatever they said.....I paid in advance.
But in return what I am getting is date after date and reply is we are trying.
It's summer season and our entire production is hindered because of this issue.
Domino company should understand the situation that we are facing presently.
They are sending different different engineer Everytime. They should send one engineer continuously so that he can diagonose the issue.
One engineer comes and takes our PCB saying software issue and other guy comes to install it week after without having any knowledge of previous situation.
Reply that we get is we are trying. Company people should be well competent to solve machine issues.
Worst experience ever.
If Domino is not able to repair their own machine.
Please refund our money back in account.
