Even the manager is useless, don't know how to talk to the customer.
And specially the service is worst..... trying to fool the customer too.
Even after noticing the customer at the counter.....staff is busy gossiping.
Even they don't deserve 1 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO MASK. UNAPOLOGETIC DELIVERY EXECUTIVE. DELIVERY EXECUTIVE FIRST SAID HE LEFT THE MASK ON THE BIKE. THEN SAID RESTAURANT MANAGER DID NOT GIVE. THEN SAID FORGOT IN RESTAURANT. ON REFUSAL TO TAKE THE ORDER THE RESTAURANT MANAGER CALLED AND SAID THIS DELIVERY EXECUTIVE HAS DONE IT MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. I WONDER WHAT IS QUALITY AND PROCESS CONTROL THEN AT DOMINOS. BTW ALL THIS HAS BEEN RECORDEDBY ME ON VIDEO SO THAT THERE IS NO DENIAL ON THE ISSUE. It is not the first time such a thing has happened. Earlier too a delivery executive has come without a mask. VERY POOR SAFETY INDEED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the worst workers to work in a customer support team. I was humiliated, judged and laughed on by the cashier for ordering just 2 garlic breads. He believed that we were people who were unfortunate and with low income who can't afford full meals. However, we are not. We belong from a well-off family. My brother and I were at this mall just to kill time because our laptop that we had ordered from the Lenovo store (Ground Floor) wasn't available. They asked us to wait for 1-2 hours to get our laptop delivered. To be honest, I am not offended by the way he thought of me as a low income person but what bothers me was the audacity of that person to mock me for my order given the position he himself is standing at. Imagine, if this kind of behaviour was done with a family who were really in a bad position economically and this person mocking them for their attire or income. I do not want any family who actually can't afford but come to celebrate joy of having food at an outlet like Dominos to be treated this way. Can you imagine how you can break someone's morales based on your actions? That's extremely low of him and totally unacceptable! Dominos should take strict action against employees like these that judge people and mock them for their orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not up to the mark at all and I guess they treat people differently depending on their wish. We have visited numerous times and they don't take orders via counter. We ordered via app, but when we went to collect the order noticed one person giving their card and ordering from the counter and then there was a line of people ordering from the counter. Just not done. I guess Domino's is degrading their service day by day by one way or the other. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience again for the second time. I ordered Classic delight with 100% real mozzarella cheese Regular | Cheese Burst Pizza. The Pizza sent was cold and the crust was so hard. Last time also I raised a complaint but no one bothered to resolve the issue. They said they will refund me but they never contacted me. Pathetic service at 93 avenues Pune.

Why such experiences r being served by you.
From the last 3 times i have been experiencing the same pathetic pizzas , late delivery and i stay within 1 km range, hard crust, cold pizzas recieved and apart from that negligible toppings
And this time i had something more to add in my toppings that was hair and ants in my pizza like seriously i had to throw it. Why are you even taking the orders . Added the picture. Already tried reaching the customer service but didn't get any response. Waiting for my response
