★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogance is a fool's play. I wish I could really rate it negatively but unfortunately can't. The worst dining experience in Gorakhpur. There was no drinking water so we asked the manager Akash to for it. He was arrogant, rude & disrespectful towards us. I am utterly saddened by the behaviour & would never visit Domino's restaurant again. Hospitality business means to respect your customers, not to Cheat them with forcefully sale your product & nonsensical arguments. As we pay for food & service not to get insulted. as he was giving us resone that due to covid they are not providing water. so I would like to share some glimpse of there's restaurant cleaning. there's many more which I don't want to mention all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is love.... N a/c to me this is best place for domino's lovers... Pizza is awesome... Pizza base was soft... Good quality cheese and yummm taste... We went their to celebrate friend's birthday so we enjoyed there so much... And overall it was a fab moment for us?☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on first floor of BKD Square, this dominoes has it's perks and demerits. Since its located in the heart of the city which is the most upsdie of this location, you can always expect to find rush in this place. Although the inside sitting area is fairly large, it continues to give a feeling of congestion.
Waiting duration is tolerable but order taking is a fairly slow-moving process. Quality of cheese burst is good but is not the best I have had in dominoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ok. But not satisfied overall. 1 reg coldrink costs me 70₹ , it was much higher than the average. Pls don't buy colddrink.here also on bill it was 68.25 ₹ but they charged me 70₹ , although after asking for 2 ₹ they returned to me but I would not have asked then I think they would have not returned me that. Overall okok

Great pizzas delivered, with added charges.
every city, every state , same flavour and services. I'm quite happy with the services offered from dominos.
I just have 1 query, and I strongly disagree with the terms of charging us on delivery since the covid pandemic started.
Why dominos is charging us for delivery , anyways dominos is also not available at our doorstep in the existing time , that was supposed to be 30 min.
We have to keep waiting for such a long period.
and finally we have , cold and delayed order of our pizza , that too it is chargeable .
Delivery charges is too high , I shall add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you craving for pizza , trust me this is best place in Gorakhpur...After waiting for so many years finally Domino's made it in Gkp..I am a travel vloger from Bihar and keep on travelling ..Had visted so many time to GKP but it alwys hurts me as there was no Domino's here . But the wait is over now. I always feel pizza ? is somthing which can romatisis couples date.. I had been here number of times .Go for it.. I am on instagram with name @travellingbihari. Plz do check it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered pizza and potato shots . The ordered was missing food and tampered with . The restaurant offered to resolve issue in 48 hours and we ordered food to eat that day not 48 hours later . Then they offered to send the order that was missing and never showed up .
