★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza and burger through Dominos aap....I was quite excited because it was showing that the order will be delivered in 30 minutes. And I got my order in 27 minutes and the delivery boy Ajay Bhardwaj was so polite. Till now my exywas like wow......but when I opened my pizza
*it was totally cold...it was not even warm.
*Pizza was uncooked...you cane take 40 minutes but should served propperly cooked.
*I was shocked to see the quantity of topings... Very very less.....and the quality of toppings were very bad.... mushroom was totally black.
Looks like the pizza was mad in the morning and served to me in the evening.
Very bad experience.....better I should order a pizza from any local pizza shop instead off ordering it from Dominos.

Of course temp was below eatable standard. It was only 40*c and I really didn’t enjoyed My first pizza after long long long time???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His name is vipin kumar from vasant kunj pocket 8 sector C . My order is open by him and that’s very cold . He could not reach at my destination . He call me and said came at radission blu plaza hotel and pick you order, after that delivery partner could not pick my phone beacuse he is late for 30 minutes that why he could do such cheap things.

The total bill of Rs.506 after discount , was paid online and it was a prepaid order.
First, the delivery guy called me 4 times repeatedly asking me if I could come across some road and meet at some red lights. I told him I could come down the hotel and meet at gate and then again he kept calling me, and when I told him to just cancel the order if they can’t deliver it , then he said , give me some extra money when I come to deliver, which was just unethical and unprofessional.
And when the delivery boy came , he asked me for Rs.63 as pending payment and some extra money for himself. Thats where it confused me. In that moment I was so stressed with all this drama , that I paid the extra Rs63. But the bill shows the total was Rs.506. Attaching the copy of the bill.

Unhygienic, no cleaning, tables are full of garbage, if u want to have dengue and malaria you can visit.
Order time is like you have to wait till whole day, just for one pizza you have to wait over 30 min and stand there.
Staff don't listen to customers, it feels like they are doing ehsaan on you.
Dominos should take care of this feedback and try to improve there services.
