★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza on 20th April on Saturday from Civil Lines Bareilly nd I opened that pizza while we were eating pizza we got one stepler pin in pizza which I’m posting that pics further but nobody knows I had already stepler pin in pizza and I got stomach infections.....the same day I got so many vomit and I hospitalised for 2 days in a hospital that’s y I couldn’t post so early but jubilant dominos pizza is worst.....???????I appeal to everyone don’t buy pizza and don’t eat it they are just playing with your life

We have a limited time to spend & this order made us delay...I am not at all happy with their services. Even I suggested that place to my squad & it's really embarassing situation for me infront of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My today's experience with Domino's was pathetic. Today I placed a order with Domino's but no-one from the restaurant contacted me nither the order got delivered and on tracking it's showing delivered and obviously it's not the 1st instance something like this happened, Shuffling the orders, delivering wrong food, etc. is just a common thing now. I've already raised the complaint but as per my previous experience no outcome would be received. But by this review I want someone from the organisation to know how things are getting worst on ground - A feedback from a regular and disappointed customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, worst delivery service... Order pizzas at 8:51pm and the delivery guy brought the order at 10:20p.m day too cold... The store location is just 10 mins run from our place. When complained about it the store manager said wait for another half an hour and we will send another order... This is pathetic one you deliver late dat too one and half hour late and you have guts to ask to wait for another half an hour.
And the only answer the delivery guy, manager or the customer care has is a sorry which means nothing. Also this incident happened for the third time with us.
Will ask people to eat from a local vendor they will provide you a far better pizza than these Domino's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the service attitude of the staff there. Just cause they are loaded with orders, the customer centric approach is missing. Should work on customer service and delight as well. Just serving a good pizza won't help. Customer complaint is not heard. The cleanliness of the store is not upto the mark. And its not that the cleanliness and is a one time issue. U wud see that the store is not maintained as it should be at any time of the day. They have two counters but the one at the ground level will never be operational nor will they have any staff to attend customers downstairs so if u are in a for a quick order forget it. U have to take the stairs and go upstairs and wait and collect your order. If something is designed I wud suggest use it to the fullest or the management should make changes. And close everything downstairs.I would request the management to make the counter operational downstairs as well.so that it's easier for the customers. A good pizza with good service and great ambience will add more value to the meal. And the customers will carry a good impact for the place. I never feel like having a pizza inside the store as its so shady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhygienic and dirty. Nobody wears a mask. Bought some garlic bread, food delivered was packed badly, didn't taste good. Ordered something, got something completely different. Had to wait long time to place order.
