Very poor management and unhygienic place... Sauce are spilled all over the table... Never the tables and chairs had been washed

I had visited this place with my fellow friends around 25-27 members yesterday. As the restrictions was lifted we requested staff to help us to arrange the table . The staff straight away denied stating we do not have more staff for now and asked us to arrange our self. Then we had tried to talk to Branch supervisor, She was so RUDE , before asking or requesting from our end she straight away mentioned we cannot allow you to join the table as we need look upon on another customer too. I asked the supervisor if you are not happy to serve us i.e (27) customers shall we leave the place and go to another shop ? She said without hesitation that yes you all may leave and we cannot allow you to join the table.This was so disappointing , just seeing the Manager and treating so rudely and disrespectfully. By then as we decided to leave one of the staff came back to us stating please you may have a seat and join the table as per your convenience.Just because of that we all decided to stay back and have Pizza. Then comes the service part ? the counter individual to place order and get the bill paid .But the funniest part is , when I asked to that we will be requiring a menu card or so that all 27 fellow people who decide as per their choices , she straight away denied we do not have soft copy of any menu card you need order from the the display that is displayed in the counter .Hence we requested them atleast to display in first floor as the there were 4-5 screens available but again refused stating that above floor is not managed by them we need to wait till evening to get some to operate. And finally somehow we managed to place order after placing order the final bill costs upto 11000 additionally to eat we asked we may get any compliment drink as such as we used to receive from other branches and mentioned this not the first time we asking for. But the supervisor denied stating no we do not do it in Nigdi Branch . So whosever reading this review, I would kindly ask to atleast teach the staff and the SUPERVISOR basic Etiquette how to behave before customers and how to accommodate too. Lastly while leaving the place we had to drink water where we found a filter was placed with cooling system. Offcourse when there 27 people the amount of water is assumable how much it will be required. The utmost worst part was they stopped and powered off the water filter and stated we cannot give more water .Just to highlight it's a basic service that needs to be provided by the staffs and they just refused it . That shows what kind of people is been hired by Domino's Pizza Management . Thank you Domino's Pizza Nigdi branch treating us so Godly .The amount that is paid ₹11000 doesn't justify the treatment that you provide to the customers. Worst branch and worst service ever had ...?

Good store. It is a 2 floor store. There are 4 tables on the ground floor for sitting whereas much more at the first floor. It usually takes 15 minutes for them to prepare the order. They have very good menu offering various types of delicious Pizzas along with the sides and cold drinks. They only offer half litre packed cold drinks bottles. The prices are also good that one can enjoy the pizza in even 100 Rs as well. AC of this store should be repaired as they have very high temperature.

Awesome taste as usual , no need more description or details to be given. Tasty food what they provide always had a great time . All precautions are taken of Covid-19 . Must visit

Worst experience in dominos yesterday. Ordered chicken sausage and got dry-hard-cheese Pizza. Staffs are shouting at the back,they are first priority for delivering pizza (online). Waited for 40 min and Never thought this behavior from Dominos. Never visit this branch ...Wakad ... Decathlon.

Worst experience ever … speaking of experience hoping the fish market is better. No care is taken and the half eaten pizzasss are lying on tables. Staffs are rude and unprofessional. Please don’t ask of washroom hygiene…

Domino's Pizza never disappoint. World class pizza with good pricing. I Dont think any one can matches the Domino's Pizza taste. They always been innovative and had great taste with it.

The chicken pasta was very dry. It's always better to go with cheese garlic bread rather than the chicken pepperoni stuffed garlic bread. Among the order the Taco Mexican Non Veg is a good treat.
