There are ants roamaing near the bottles of ketchup.....
And mosquitoes near the tables ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience, staff behavior is very helpful giving you value for money choices for birthday party. Good and tasty pizzas, garlic breads, pasta, cold drink, Choco lava and other items. Nice experience.

1. It took them about 30mins for preparing order for dine-in.
2. Not many tables there for dine-in.
3. Totally unclean. Nobody bothering for the dirty area to be cleaned.
4. No ketchup available like it used to be before.
5. Cold drink 500ml at 60rs when you can get 2ltr for 90rs outside.
6. Looked like dine-in people are not welcomed there.
I wanted to give zero rating, but that option is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it is a bit congested and service higher capacity audience, but employers are very friendly and cooperative, especially shabnam, she too very notice of our comfort by making it possible that we get proper cooling and dont have sweat while eating our pizza, a very thank you to her. Moreover it is easily accessible from main road hence reaching here is also quite easy. Also It sits at a very live place with restro and bar around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Pizza and a non empathetic Manager Ms. Shabnam, Pitampura Branch.
I placed an order for a pizza from Zomato and I was delivered a tasteless
( without salt) burnt pizza by Dominos Rohini on 23rd Feb.
I raised a complaint with Zomato immediately and they inturn raised a complaint with Dominos.
I got a call from some Shabnam claiming to be Manager, Dominos Pitampura today who instead of accepting the fault was behaving very rudely, impolitely and unprofessionally. She was too arrogant, challenging me to complain to any higher ups in Dominos and she was so confident that no body can take any action against her. May by this is the Dominos Culture!
She could have easily resolved my complaint but rather she was more interested in putting blame on me that why I didn't returned the Pizza by calling them in the night itself. She was not ready to understand that I didn't place the order with them directly and I had already registered a complaint with the service provider( Zomatoa) and hence it should have been Dominos call to contact me in the night itself if they wanted the tasteless burnt Pizza back to validate.
I am attaching a pic here which will give you an idea about the deterioration in the quality of Dominos Pizza. Not to mention that the quality of their workers is equally inferior.
