★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic clinic... Absolutely unexperienced and cheap front desk staff and unprofessional doctor. There is no system in this clinic every thing runs like unprofessional and there is no meaning of any appointment system, many a times doctor don't show up. If you are looking for a reliable treatment then search somewhere else except here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, no discipline , no sincerity , no control mechanism even after taking prior appointments to attend patients. Guy managing turn of patients have no knowledge what prior appointment means..doctor sitting inside also not worried or concern to improve the mechanism because to accommodate the walk in patients. Even for review patients..waiting is more than an hour..is really a pain which doctor has to improve otherwise he would loose his loyal patients like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is good, but the staff in front desk are pathetic. The attitude is extremely bad. Very rude behaviour. They also don't know how to behave senior citizens. They also don't know about emergency preparedness. I use to go to this doctor when he was in Columbia Asia hospital. But with the new clinic the experience is not good. I request dr. to recruit educate people for front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had so many expectations from Dr. Koul as I had heard so much from people. But I just want to tell him one thing: Either do something 100% or don't do it at all. And please don't yell at your patients. Its better to tell them politely that "I can't see you" rather than treating them badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Satish Koul is one of the Great Gem like in our society especially in India. The current circumstances really need many more like this Gem. I am a regular patient along with my family members consultation as well from last 5-6 years. I have never seen such a Down to earth doctor who really takes pain for his patients everytime and every where. He is always guide and suggest in very very genuine and exact manner which is one of the greatest strength of his treatment. All the very best Doctor. We and our society deadly need you in this Pandemic situation.Thanks for All your tireless efforts?

Very rude staff specially who schedule appointment.

Dr. and their staff have their own rules.
Your recent reports conducted by other doctors will not be valid here. They will refer you to the diagnostic center where 30% discount will be given to you and rate for that test will be 30% higher than market price. so at the end you will get virtual 30% discount. You have to pay for follow up and report reviews as only one visit within 7 days allowed. If you miss any thing or visited doctor after one consultation, you have to pay for reports to be reviewed.
And if you got your report in two batches, either wait for all the reports or pay twice.
Please look for another option, Gurgaon is full of talented and genuine doctors so look for alternatives.
