★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most premium societies. Behind st. Sebestain School. This is very close to RCF gate 1. This place is little difficult to reach without having your own vehicle. Scary to travel in the night after 8 pm as the street lights dont work sometimes. Has a very good view of TATA colony swimming pool and the football ground.

No club house, swimming pool facility and lift facility.
Most of the flats are 1000 square feet.
Rent will be 20-35k, depending on the room 1-3 bhk flats.

He is the Chairman of the society to date and has friends who have supported him make this society a beautiful place to stay in. Proud to be part of DCC family.
