Makeup staff is very unprofessional.they do such bad makeup
Also hair team is more worst
We went their at 3 pm on my sister wedding.they kept on waiting us for 2 hours even after prior appointment. Then their Hair do team denied to do hairstyle of 2 members left saying they are getting late. Then their helper did our hairstyle which was pathetic
Please dont visit here

I instructed staff for light make up but they did horrible make up.. .. Worst experience I had in donna...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badd, got a bad reaction even after their so called best facial. Spent more to correct than the Amount paid there. The person didnt evne properly prep the skin before waxing and threading. horrible, wont recommend. I had told the person to be gentler with the skin, yet she was so rough, the mask was also worn below the nose during the entire time.

I recently made a visit and was very impressed to see all the measures that were taken to ensure safety. The staff used single use items and sanitized the work area properly. I was highly satisfied and recommend this salon to everyone who is concerned about hygience, safety and quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have rated 5 star for bridal makeup but except for bridal makeup other services were not upto the mark. Pre bridal waxing was done very poorly and my skin got black patches after the waxing. I also got permanent hair colour which didn't come out as I told them. And my sister's makeup was also done badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my make-up done for a party on 19.02.2022. I didn't like the make-up much but the hairstylist Firoz did a splendid job. The messy bun he made was really good and much appreciated in the party. Another problem was that despite our booking for make-up, we got badly delayed in getting ready because the hairstylists were not free.
