★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not good at all. In the first visit, they just charged the gas and after two days the gas got leaked. Again they came and asked for repairing of coil charge which is more than the new coil. I request this team to be transparent with the customers. The overall is the service engineers fault and the service centre people's are good and cooperative.
I don't recommend anyone to take service from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. The in charge is not at all responsible. Dont pay the money untill the problem is fixed. Very irresponsible. They talk very politely but that is not reflected in the way they work. Before paying they used to call me several times with the fear that i would handover yhe work to someone else. I made a big mistake by paying them before confirming that the problem is fixed or not. But i payed believing their efficiency.. very disappointing attitude. Now that the problem is not fixed, he doesn't attend my call or respond via whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think about getting them to touch Ur AC. They will mess with u royally! I went for their services at extreme summer and all they did was to steal almost 2.5k out of me. It took almost 4 hours to fix! Still I had to spent the whole night in extreme hot conditions. These guys are fake and have no clue what they do! Either it is capacitor or gas or servicing! I am sure u heard it from them already!

Through newspaper, I came across Doorstep repair pamphlet, and called on the number mentioned in the pamphlet regarding AC serviceman. The team of doorstep repair provided me AC serviceman within 2 hours after i called them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person named Pawan talks very sweetly before service & repairing & gives falsified assurance that they will serve again in case of any issue will arise later.
Within 40 days of gas refill in window ac, my ac was giving very less cooling. On calling them they don't even receive calls nor they reply on watsapp.
Worst service ever seen. I will never recommend anyone to deal with them in anyway.
Update on your Reply- I have not questioned on the service. Read the review carefully, does anywhere u saw any complaint regarding service.. Review is all about the careless behaviour and & non responsiveness on your part. Reply your customers within a reasonable time frame & avoid wasting customers valuable time.
