★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for raising the height of overhead tank. Engineers visited, studied, planned and executed. I was not personally convinced with the construction and decided to take a second opinion from a highly experienced engineer (3rd Party). Got to know it is a bad construction and the underlying parapet wall can't withstand the load.
Managed to get connected with seniors at DoorTask and explained about the scenario. The seniors acknowledged that its not the right construction, and is wrong planning. By the way, it was a great deal to get the contact numbers of the seniors at DoorTask. The junior engineers don't reveal the numbers of the senior folks.
Considering the safety measures, we asked to demolish the construction and restore the original state.
Now, for all the mess created by DoorTask, me as a customer had to pay for the mistake, both in terms of frustration and financials.
P.S. - The engineers who visit your home for studying the requirements have little or no experience. Moreover, the attitude is such that they know everything.

With the covid scare we were hesitating for getting our house cleaned but door task made sure everything was according to the protocol.
