★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a customer-first company. Do not buy doors from them if you yourself are buying for your home. They may know how to work with builders but not with end-users directly. I bought doors from them and had the following issues:
1. Rude senior managers (Pankaj) who think if the customer has paid in advance then they can't do anything. Which obviously is my mistake of trusting them.
2. I got the wrong and mismatching veneer doors.
3. The sizes of the doors were also incorrect.
