★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If a person applies for health or life insurance then the company asks patient to submit declaration / certificate from treating doctor. In such case, Dr A K Jain clearly refuses his patient to sign any declaration even though the patient posses all of his prescriptions and reports.
Such a situation makes the patient helpless and he REGRETS his decision of choosing this doctor for treatment.
Such behaviour of doctor is not acceptable
