Root canal done here failed after a few years and infection set in. Dentist kept chatting and watching TV throughout the procedure.

I visited the clinic quite a few times .I absolutely haven’t any words to praise this clinic enough..Dr.Abhay inspires the utmost confidence, with his wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. The assistant dentist and staff were prompt which made the whole process very comfortable and painless. Their technology is state of the art. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Abhay and everyone at the clinic.

Myth - Expensive/Experienced doctors are the best Reality -They are humans-make errors, sad part is Mr Abhayji didnt accept it and blamed on the bacteria! Please read below my story who is scared of injections and now have to go through a long 1 month process due to some neglience of a very well know dentist. It is really sad i am putting up this review, for 5 years i believed and suggest hundreds of people about this doctor that he is the best, atleast in goregaon but the reality strikes so hard that its not the case. 5 years back it was my first tooth pain and i went to Mr Abhay Lotlikar as he is said to be best doctor in goregaon. The charges were 7500. In the whole process there was no pain, so he was like a magician for me. But one thing that kept bothering me was him watching Kaun banega crorepati every time when i was going through the process, this shows that the doctor has so much of expertise that he doesnt need to give his 100% concentration. But now i claim it as an overconfident move by the doctor because of whom i am suffering so much now. Yet i had asked Abhayji that time what if the infection grows, the answer was i have done it and i am here sitting in my clinic you can come anytime its my guarantee. I was just blown away with this confidence, so much of experience in the field speaks right. Present Day - On a sunday morning suddenly the pain of my root canal tooth is very high, i cant bear the pain, i couldnt sleep, eat or every move around. I contact my routine dentist, he asked me to visit him even on a sunday but i was so sure its the root canal tooth so took painkillers. I have only one root canal done till date, so when every winter i used to get little pain on the root canal tooth, i assumed that it normal as i can bear it. Monday I visit Mr Abhayji clinic, i told about my case as the pain was unbearble for me to do any task, my head was totally blocked due to the pain, they took an Xray and he told me that the infection has regrown, so easily. I told him that how can it be possible, the answer was - "There is no guarantee of health, like repeat heart attacks, you also have bacteria in your mouth which leads to Infection and as its a repeat re root canal i will charge Rs 8000, a discount as its a repeat process " So, 1. I can prove it in my recent Xray that i got it done through a 2nd opionion that what Mr Abhayji told was just a lie. Even he took my Xray,told me with so much confidence that it was my mouth bacteria that lead to infection to regrow. I feel so cheated right now. 2. I am shocked with this attitude, i agree human error happens,but a good ethical would have accepted this error and compensated than giving stupid examples like heart attack just proves that you are not worthy enough to people trust you. I am sorry for writing this Mr Abhayji, but do i have anything else to do than write a review- -The tooth was not cured in the first place -As the pain is there, suffered so much - Now one month of suffering till i get rid of it - Again i am putting money for the same thing 3.I agree when it comes to health it becomes personal, so this post. I paid my hard earned money and for 5 years beared the pain thinking it is normal for it to pain in winters.My routine doctor suggested a check, but i blindly believed this most renowned doctor of goregaon and didnt let my routine doctor give a chance to work on it. Now i have to go through a one month of long process to get rid of this infection and the pain. Mr Abhayji in any case you are reading this post, please request you to accept any error done by you and have the courtesy to acknowledge and treat it. We patients have so much faith in you, its like a shock when we get to know that we are being fooled, i have spread such a good word about you but i am scared now after i met you today and the response you gave. Sir please atleast be honest about what happened, it just makes me not believe any dentists anymore. P.S - i consultd 2 dentist and got a reponse its an old infection and not regrown. Its a lesson to not trust blindly.
