Worst service that can exist, patient is just stupid entity for them and they were asking for money every time. they start treatment without any prior clarification and intimation and then ask for money even it not required and then we should pay else they start talking with arrogance words like stupid ,pagal, non-scene...etc......
literally they collected charges for scaling twice(RS1000) in week even not required and charges for root canal twice(RS10000) in 2 year even not required.
In short my experience with them is very bad and unexpected.I started my Artho treatment from last 1.5 years and paid complete 36 thousand but still result is 0.and after 1.5 year when in raised my concern he started abusing me as below.
bhad me jao
nikal jao
dimag kharab mat karo
jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo
jo karna hai karlo...etc
literally he was trying to hit me....

Plz don't go with this pathology lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not visit or do any treatment. They are only greedy for money. They will ask to do unwanted check up and try to pull out money as much as they can.
Pathetic service with no resolution. Also they are arrogant and rude with customers.
Don't waste your money. Over price without providing solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had blood test done recently for the first with this lab. I had been using other labs in the past and wanted to try a different one. Service in terms of person visiting for the blood test and then reports was ok. When I had my family doctor review the reports she generally had a little concern about the report because some readings seemed to her little odd, looking at my health (which is very good and it was a generic preemptive testing I had done). The report was digitally signed by the pathologist and she generally told me to check with the pathologist does he review all reports before signing. I had a horrible experience when I called the Dr Agarwal and shared what my Dr had said. I just asked him exactly that question and explain on what particular reading for me and my family member, did my physician wondered. He immediately got mad on the call and said you are accusing me. He kept on and on going giving his credentials and his experience and daring that how I can talk to him like that etc. I tried explaining multiple times that I was not accusing and just generally inquiring based on what my physician said. But he as very mad and asked me to apologize or else he would cut the call and he did so. I just did not understand his reason for getting so mad. Getting some upset I can still understand but that kind of behaviour - it almost seemed that either he was already mad for something else or it was like "Chor ki dadi main tinka". I don't know the reality but I wanted to leave this review for others to know and take their call accordingly.
