★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eye tested & also bought specs in January-2022.from Dr.Agarwals for Rs. 7500/-. Due to distorted images, contacted the specs seller over there, but he kept on convincing that I will get used to it, but it never happened. By 3 months the frame broke, which he replaced. Again in the 4th month the frame broke as it was so flimsy. Frustrated by the distorted images, I got my eyes tested at lenskart & the number assesseed by them was different. I confronted Dr. Agarwals on this today(2nd May 2022). They rechecked & as per their new assessment, the numbers in both eyes indeed differed by more than 0.5, but even after much pleading they refused to provide any replacement. Very unethical & unprofessional approach. Never trust the eye numbers assessed by them. Without giving 1 star the system doesn't allow me to post. They don't deserve even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly same prescription for my child after almost three years. My child was 6 years in May 2019 when I went for general checkup. And yesterday when I visited again for general checkup, I received exactly same prescription!! Unbelievable. Both the time, he was given a (+) ve number for specs which means 'Farsighted' though he was not examined by means of reading or something like that.
