★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number rarely gets answered. The team sitting in the front desk are a bunch of confused folks who are not aware of the Doctors or the surgery. Lack in response. They don't provide accurate information. The experience I had with Bangalore branch was far better and the Doctors also were very smart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pune’s best eye hospital chain . Each doctors are so special for patients like us. Dr. Pankaj Asawa is one of the best doctor I ever met.
All other doctors and support staff are excellent in dealing with patients and their issues.
Patients need doctors patience to hear the issues and thus patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
The best, is all departments available in the same building.. No where to go - once entered anything related to eye can be checked .
Even medicines also available .
Strongly recommend for any eye issue.

Dr. PADMA LAKSHMI is superb. She is very kind doctor.
I lost my eye no card, and I was doubtful about getting help from clinic. But it's was a pleasnt surprise Rehan from front desk immediately helped and shared the eye number which I had got last year.
A must visiting clinic for eye related solutions.

Really admirable the service which provided by staff. I really appreciate front desk and especially Mr. Rehan who supported and guided which helped us lot.

Special thanks to Dr. Sudhir Baburdikar who has operated and really the way he makes us comfortable before surgery which given us additional confidence and even after succesful operation he personally called and given precautionary instruction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital provides excellent services. The staff are very helpful and they guide us very well in smooth registration and billing. Eye check up and testing is done systematically and again the assistants carry out the test very patiently. Doctors are the best and they are very well known personalities in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital treatment is good but you won't get any personal attention here as this hospital is a public listed company which runs a large scale business. Staff has mixed behaviour as some of them are genuinely helpful but some of the lady staff is very rude in behaviour. My treatment was ok but i wish doctor could have given me more time to discuss about the best lens for my mother. The doctor never talks to you only their assistant will mostly consult you. For follow up i visited Dr Anukul Dixit and I feel his reaction is constant for every problem in the world. I was expecting better instructions or guidelines from him..... So I feel you don't need to waste time in coming here for follow-ups visits after surgery instead directly go to other doctors nearby your place. Last thing the staff involved in insurance process is not very supportive or active they seem to be lost in a different world most of the time.
