★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor didn't even spent 10 seconds to listen and understand patients problem. Extremely unemphatetic, especially when we have paid 500 Rs. It is hard earned money and doctors must atleast give enough time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended to me by my family and my first visit was great. The optometrist was not the best, did a 5 minuter computer reading and gave me my prescription. However Dr Aggarwal was great. He rechecked my reading, made adjustments, spoke well, etc. A year later on my second visit even after I paid the full Rs 500 but Dr Aggarwal just looked at my old power, looked at what his useless optometrist had listed and refused to answer any questions or even do an examination. It was a complete waste of time and money. Very money minded place for a doctor who is skilled but does not care about people. I have since stopped seeing him.

Dr. Rakesh Agarwal is extremely rude, unfit to be a doctor, extremely afraid of Covid, no wonders why has he opened his clinic if he is so afraid, zero empathy with patients, just refered me eye drops and asked me to visit his clinic again after 2 weeks.. Next time again I have to pay 500 Rs. It is hard earned money and a doctor must atleast give enough time.
I have intense pain in my eye and according to him,y eyes are perfect and advised me to take crocin..
His optometrist did not check my eyes.
Extremely unfair and this should be bring to the notice of general public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my mother operation and treatment done for Cataract. Very smooth experience. If they give appointment, they adhere to timeline.
Doctor Agarwal is very patient and answer each and every question. Good number of staff hired and all efficiently trained and helpful.
Facility is very neat, clean and well maintained.
Awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rakesh Aggarwal is a great doctor. He used to work at NSPB eye hospital for many years and have it’s own practice for last 6-7 years.
- The eye clinic has other doctors too at different days and times, you need to call and ask there for more details.
- They give typed prescription in a plastic file and your eye number laminated too! Fancy right!
- Staff people are nice and helpful.
- Clinic remains very clean.
- Fees are a bit on the expensive side.
- Nearest metro stations are two, punjabi bagh west on pink line and moti nagar on green line.
