★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! when i asked about ECG test charges, owner of lab answered and told me 300/- for home services and asked me to send details of patient. Just before coming to the address, one person called me about the address and told me that charges would be 1000/- for home services. It means either owner doesn't know about the charges or else staff is using the name of lab and charging higher charges. Please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Worst service, they don’t have any basic etiquette how to treat their customers/patients.
2. Lady doctor was v v rude, she needs to learn how to behave. (Although she owns the lab, still she don’t know how to speak or behave.
3. Long waiting time, all the staff were chit chatting and you need to literally chase them to get your testing done.
4. Billing took almost 30 minutes, I was the only patient. Only god knows the reason.
5. I have been told that I ll receive my report on watsapp by evening, I have waited till evening and again I need to call them up to get my reports.
** Try not to visit this lab, you will thank me later **
Let them first rectify their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Very bad experience. Not recommended to anyone. Not even having any trained medical professional in lab. Dependent on only part time technicians who are very rude with visitors. Only having infrastructure but don't have any trained educated medical professionals for health check ups. Employees don't even know anything about health check up or tests. After struggling for 2 hours , finally I cancelled my appointment and returned back from the lab. Horrible experience. Plz avoid.

1. Rooms are like cubbyholes, absolutely no room to move ..
2. Hygiene has no value .. no towel available for cleaning gel after Doppler (gone gir washing)
3. Door sign says "No Nask, No Entry", but except the Doctor, no one wears a mask
4. International credit cards were not accepted by their machine ..
