★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my back probllockdown of Covid-19, the burning sensation in the lover part of my feet and a strange muscular tightening from my back to the heel started. It was increasing day by day. This condition was only in my right leg towards the back side of the leg.
I never went to any doctor or did any MRI because of the fear that they will suggest surgery as the only option and give some pain killers which I can’t take because of the water retention problem.
A friend of mine suggested that I go to QI - Spine clinic at Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi. Dr Shikha Jain there suggested to start the treatment with 12 sessions. After this I saw much improvement in the pain and discomfort. After 18 sessions I feel much better, my sitting time improved a lot, while standing I don’t feel any pain and discomfort. Now only when I am sitting then I feel discomfort in the thigh region. There is much improvement in the burning sensation also.Thanks to Dr. Shivani Jha, who looked after all my sessions of Physiotharapy and on the devices.
One thing I admire that even though all the doctors are young girls, but the way they help each and every patient is marvellous. Their dedication is a great help for the elderly people like me.
