Visiting for 2nd sonography. Staff is very arrogant, rude. They do not know how to deal with a customer. Dr himself is a good person but he must think on changing the staff or provide them better training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ajit is very humble and knows his job very well. You can discuss your problems with him too. The process, once you are inside, is very fast.
Reception / front desk staff is a big issue that's why one star deducted. They aren't professionals. It's like they were picked from road to collect money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, same experience. Staff is highly unprofessional. The lady at reception has no knowledge about words like_ customer service, politeness. She has no quality of a front desk executive.
No time management
I called at the reception number at 3 in the noon and lady told me to come at 7.
And now she is telling me that there are 3 more patients to go before us.
I don't know what definition they have for an appointment.
My doctor would be available till 8 pm only and I have clearly mentioned this thing on call, it shows how unprofessional the staff is.
And the way she replied was extremely rude.
A lot of people suffer, Just because of such irresponsible staff.
