β β β β β I would wish there was no option for even a star. Worst of the worst till now. Patient when they're way too I'll. Take a token and seat like for hours, doctor will come according to his time. No professionalism at all. In the middle of this, if something happens to patients, whom you gonna blame? They'll raise their hands by saying, "we didn't tell you to wait".
Doctor should think about their patient, not about their comfort.
