★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic doctor. No one must ever visit this place. A person visits a doctor when he/she is already hopeless and needs help. And this arrogant And money-minded businesslady deals with them as their lives hold no value. I asked a of couple questions regarding my scabies problem and she replied only one question will be answered , you need to deposit another 500₹ for the second one in a very RUDE TONE. May god give her some sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr alka dogra and her staff are extremely rude, non cooperative and insensitive to the patient. The doctor does not listen to the patient even for 5 minutes after collecting 500 bucks for every visit. She is just in a hurry to close the clinic at 2.30 pm while attending the most number of patients she can to collect the maximum money by hurrying them away. Coming to the staff, the staff completely mirrors the rudeness and the insensitivity of the doctor. This clinic is just a money minting clinic where the patients are not even heard. I consulted them about a medicine the doctor had recommended which had adverse side effects on my body. The response- We dont know, you have to take this medicine only. Now hurry up and go, we have to close the clinic. They all speak so rudely and do not treat u like a human.
There are a number of very good skin doctors out there. Do not fall for this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dogra might be good at what she does, but that doesn't come through simply because she isn't a good listener and advisor. During my visit at her clinic in Ludhiana, I was shocked to know that she doesn't meet her patients face to face. There's an assistant who attends patients and makes them talk to Dr. via voice/video call. In that call too, Dr. Dogra impatiently listened to my concerns and quickly gave me a monologue about what I should do about my hair fall issue which didn't seem like a customised solution at all. For such a generic conversation, no clear diagnosis or help, I could have simply saved time and effort by talking to a random doctor online or simply going to WebMD. Honestly, this was the level of consultation that I got there.
