★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst doctor I have ever visited.
As he was introduced as my baby’s paediatric consultant by Cloudnine, noida at the time of her birth, I had to visit him 3 times .
Each time the experience was sour. He is a very rude person who does not know how to speak to parents of the child, if you ask any question to him about his medication, he will make sure to make you feel guilty of visiting him.
Now that my baby turned 6 months, i thought to ask him about what to start introducing in her diet. On this, this unprofessional man shouted at me asking if I had come from Europe. Is a first time parent supposed to know everything??
Secondly, he does not value others time . Each time on my visit, even after taking prior appointments, he keeps us waiting for nearly an hour as he himself does not come on time. So, zero discipline, zero empathy and a useless doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are obliged to Dr Alok Dwiwedi senior child specialist at Cloud 9 hospital noida , his assessment for my 5 days Baby boy about his VSD in heart even without doing echo and guided us from that time to till the point surgery .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor I have ever seen. Never picked up the call if you want him in some kind of emergency. His assistant is also very rude and denies to take appointment if you visit his clinic directly. Doctor has no care for his patient and its shameful to say him even the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Dr. Dwivedi on high recommandation from my office collegue ,for my daughters abdomen problem . Doctor examined her thoroughly and asked us every minute thing in detail , and he was able to diagnose her problem ,and gave her only one medicine and she was fine in three days , no blood test or scan . He is highly experienced and professional in his field . Surely i will also recommend him to others .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Pediatrician in the country I must say. My association with him has been for more then a decade when my 1st son was born and fortunately he was the Pediatrician alloted to us by the hospital and since then,all my friends baby , my sister in laws baby, my second son, all were born and are getting raised under his supervision, Its not only the way he takes care of the babies but also make sure to teach u the way kids to be raised without unnecessary stress and panicking, there have been situations where me being a Mother was super stressed when my kid got sick But Dr Dwivedi has been there for all these years to get through the toughest times. I live abroad, even from there when ever I was in need , he was available for online consultation. Can't thank him enough for being there always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Pediatrician. Money minded and bookish only knowledge physician. Don’t take your young kids to him. He advices strongly to go for even unnecessary blood tests to 2-3 year old kids. Second opinion doctors always condemn his medical decisions. Pathetic!
He also works at Cloud Nine Noida. Beware and save your kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the most genuine Pediatrician Doctor in Delhi NCR. He take care of the Child in a better way than any other doc. He always invest good quality time whenever u visit with ur child. He gives u better advice all time u visit him. I have been associated with him from the last 5.5 years. He is looking after my daughter from the last 5.5 years and now looking my 9 months son also.
I wish him best of luck and guys do visit him !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank doctor for timely treating my son for last 3 years. He would not prescribe unnecessary medicine and test. Even though he keeps busy but ensure to reply on whatsapp message and suggest. Due to his intelligence he would always diagnose my son disease correctly and his priority is always to treating patient in one visit rather than calling multiple times. I would suggest him for your child
