★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience..Employers behavior are very bad.. They tried to harras. We call them for an appointment on Monday, Name is on 3. They told us to visit there by 5.30pm,we exactly visit on 5.25pm,doctor came at 6.15pm but who's has came first they entered their name first, then why should we have to call for an appointment .. and behavior is really really pathetic, may be they thought we visit there free of cost,specifically those people who sitted in Reception..Also they put call on hold withour asking anything,after sometime also disconnected the lines,this happen for several times,so i supposed to share this..
First of all we didn't visits doctors by their money,should be behave properly..
And second when we call them before one week of visit,they should keep their record properly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but response of the receptionists are rude. As they are handling patient and panicked family members hence they need to be more polite and humble.
Our visit time was at morning 8:30 hence around 7:50 we called to enquire about Dr. and we were informed that it is as per schedule. On reaching it was said that Dr. is absent and the housekeeping lady gave false information. And the receptionist rather blamed on us for calling prior to 8 stating that they are not responsible for wrong information. They need to understand that at this era such responses are not considered polite but rather very condescending. Need to improve behaviour.
