Staff very rude. Not following govt guidelines. Allots same slot to everyone and there’s huge rush due to limited space.
Had to wait for more than 2 hrs twice after taking appointment.

No one please don't go to face her
She is very rude and impolite with patients.
She don't have sense how to talk with patients.
I went to her clinic to face my pregnant wife.
She was so rudely talking with her and my mother.
Very worst doctor.

Very polite and cooperative neelam mam. Well experienced,diagnosed properly,u can take medicine also inside the hospital's clinic. Staff is also very cooperative in all manner also the clinic is very neat and clean,i observed a lot of hospital but in hygiene wise this is really good.rates are very high and costly doctor.i must say she is a money minded doctor.All her focus is on making money at any cost and means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Neelam Manaktala is not that much polite with the patients. She is experienced but not good at speaking.. During this covid-19 she is taking caring of extra precautions but in other hand she is not providing chairs for pregnant ladies inside her cabin. They have to stand and explain their problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an eye hospital also, under care of Dr. Anil Manaktala. I have been here for treatment of my relative's eye cataract surgery. Dr Anil has a good in-hand experience of treating eye problems. Cost of the operation is same as you will get in other good hospitals, the only thing is hygiene and waiting time for check-ups. They will call you more than 2 hours (sometimes more) before the doctor will arrive (want to give negative star for punctuality) and the hospital rooms are not clean. Frankly, I can write an essay for the negative things I have encountered in the hospital from untrained staff, unhygenic premises & rooms but the brownie point is Dr Anil experience in handling the case. Hope this review will help someone to make a right decision.
