There are some things that you must consider before going :
1. He does not listen, or seems not to.
2. He is arrogant and won't give much details about your illness. Press him a little to see his patience disappear.
3. The only thing that drives him is money.
4. You will get respect if you are referred by some bigshot or he gets to know you are rich.
